Platform access is for people invited by a participating organisation. Keep your sign-in details private and use the service only for the work your organisation has authorised.

Your records

Enter information you are permitted to collect and share. Check records for accuracy before submitting or approving them. Your organisation remains responsible for its operational and compliance decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not try to access another person's account, bypass role controls, upload harmful material or disrupt the service. Report suspected account misuse to your organisation administrator.

Availability

Features and access methods may change as GreenTrace develops. A final service agreement should set out support, availability, liability and governing law before these terms are published as binding terms.
